Senior Product Analyst

Designs and implements segment-specific and/or cross-functional solutions to address Public Sector and Labor (PLS) customer needs. Supports Public and Labor Field Partners and Market Heads of Sales' objectives by planning and executing initiatives that drive profitable growth, client retention, and improved process and organizational alignment.
Fundamental Components:
The individual will participate in the Public Sector and Labor General Management teams planning, reporting and relationship management activities to ensure stakeholder satisfaction with a variety of strategic initiatives that impact the delivery of market and customer-specific solutions. She/he will also collaborate with the Public and Labor Sales team, the Enterprise Sales, Product and Marketing (ESPM) organization and other enterprise business partners to support initiatives as needed, participating as a team member responsible for concurrent initiatives and occasionally acting as team lead for less complex projects based on resource requirements. Develops and implements strategic projects and market or customer-specific initiatives that drive Public and Labor business objectives Participates in initiative planning and execution Proactively leads project(s) by creating project plan and timeline, identifying key milestones and additional resources needed on a variety of project(s) Communicates compelling and concise results to empower decision-making and prioritization regarding project opportunities and initiatives relative to business impact Develops and delivers all required analysis, reporting and presentation materials Gathers, analyzes and synthesizes Public and Labor business intelligence to drive achievement of strategic initiatives Drives development of initiative metrics in partnership with the Data Analytics team; adjusts constituent approach based on changing market needs, priorities, and/or effectiveness of initiative(s) Develops relationships with external constituents and cross-functional team members in support of initiatives. Leverages internal and external networking to drive optimal initiative results and knowledge/best practice sharing Identifies issues that may stall project and addresses problems of a short to mid-term nature with limited supervision by either resolving the issue or creating an alternative solution. Address and/or develops capacity to address longer-term and/or complex issues Tracks progress and communicates initiative(s) status on a regular basis to all impacted parties Builds communication plans for implementation to ensure all impacted parties (upstream/downstream) are informed of next steps for completion.
3+ years experience in any of the following areas is required: management consulting, strategic planning, financial or operations analysis, sales/account management, marketing and/or product development experience.
Demonstrated project management skills: strategy, process redesign, organizational change, complex cross-functional initiatives.
Experience developing/synthesizing data and analysis into a cohesive story; creating executive-level presentations.
Health Insurance experience required
Expert skills with Microsoft Excel required
The minimum level of education for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree and an MBA is highly preferred.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
