Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Management Consultant

POSITION SUMMARY
Consult with customer managers/HR regarding employees with personal/professional issues.
Follow employees through mandated treatment and report back to the workplace.
Fundamental components include, but are not limited to:
Consult with customer managers/HR regarding employees with personal/professional issues.
Do phone risk assessment of employee.
Place employee in EAP/BH treatment.
Follow for compliance as appropriate.
Qualification Requirements:
1-3 years of clinical experience required.
Experience in social or human services required.
Clinical crisis management experience and skills required
Chemical dependency treatment experience strongly preferred.
Excellent computer skills including MS Office applications such as Excel, Word and Outlook required.
At least 1 of the following is required:
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
Licensed Mental Health Counselor
Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW)
Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT)
Preferred Skills and Experience:
Knowledge and /or experience in Employee Assistance Programs
Experience working with diverse populations
Experience working with management and human resource professionals
Education
The minimum level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Master's degree.
Licenses and Certifications:
At least 1 of the following is required:
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
Licensed Mental Health Counselor
Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW)
Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT)

Functional - Clinical / Medical/Direct patient care (hospital, private practice)/4-6 Years

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
