Insights Architect Advisor
Aetna is seeking a proven technical leader for Architecture missions around Big Data, Cognitive Solutions, and Systems of Insight.
Fundamental Components:
Your responsibilities include: Lead technical missions in a variety of projects and programs. Turning technology transformation strategy into action in the form of solution and integration designs for Big Data, Cognitive Solutions and Systems of Insight. Driving innovation in Modern Information Architectures Driving architecture engagement models and being an ambassador for partnership with IT delivery
REQUIREMENTS
Change agent with a diverse technical background with key areas of depth around digital transformation, hybrid solutions and operating at scale. Effective communicator and collaborator, who can apply outcome based leadership across teams and organizations. Experience with any one of these: CMMI, Agile/Scrum Development & Management, Scaled Agile Framework; Iterative & Incremental development approaches; Continuous Integration and delivery. Proven master of Solution/Integration Architecture, Architecting for Big Data, Cognitive computing, and Analytics. Demonstrated thought leadership and consultation across multiple domains, including Business Intelligence, Data Architecture, Data Governance, Master Data and Content Management, Application
Integration, Information Security, and Collaboration Extensive experience in the development, implementation, and management of Enterprise Data Models, Data Architecture Strategies, Delivery Roadmaps, Information Lifecycle Management, and Data Governance capabilities. Specific practical knowledge required is around Data Lineage, Data Quality, Advanced ETL environments including those in Hadoop, Data Warehouse and DataMart environments, NoSQL environments including tools, semantic technologies, business intelligence tools, Measures Data Enrichment Processing, Data Mining techniques for Insights, and using Structured, Unstructured, Semi-Structured Data techniques and processes
BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE desired:
Minimum of 8 years of experience architecting with a focus on Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence, Integration and Advanced Analytical solutions
Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT systems or applications development
Experience with one of the following: Marklogic, Hadoop, Hive, Tableau is required
Experience with one of the following: Oracle, SQL Server, DB2, SSIS is a plus
EDUCATION
The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
