Job Description:
The Restaurant General Manager will be in charge of overseeing the entire operations of the restaurant. Building a strong team of professionals through recruitment, training, mentoring and development and must be in a position to lead their team by example following policies, procedures and our companies values. The Restaurant General Manager should have a strong knowledge of P&L management and financial reporting and analysis. The person in this Restaurant General Manager position must be able to control costs and build profit levels while staying focused on providing excellent customer service. The right person will be able to communicate efficiently and efficiently with the rest of their management team in addition to hourly staff members.

Minimum of 3
years current experience as a Restaurant General Manager in a high volume (over $4m per year in sales) Full Service or Upscale Casual concept
A stable work history - no more than two jobs in the previous five years
Ability to increase sales and build rapport in the community
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Hands-on with hiring, training, and developing hourly employees
Excellent work ethic and drive to succeed
Must be proficient with financials (P&L's, inventory, food/labor cost, etc.)
