The goal of our Transaction Advisory Services Practice is to develop a deep understanding of our client's needs to provide exceptional M&A advisory, accounting, and financial due diligence services.
Responsibilities
Supervise technical aspects of pre- and post-closing M&A engagements
Execute financial due diligence for financial buyers/investors (private equity and venture capital) as well as corporate strategic buyers from a variety of industries.
Write clear and concise reports that cover all financial information relevant to the transaction including; Risks such as concentration of revenue & supplier concentration, normalization adjustments, and accounting methodology.
Qualifications
CPA or CFA certification a plus.
Five years of accounting related experience with at least two years of experience in the transaction advisory services group of a national or large regional accounting or consulting firm.
