## JOB DESCRIPTION
Essential Functions:
Serve as UBC primary contact for data on a project
Responsible for delivering quality databases to stakeholders and communicating any clarifications or details that would affect the data analysis to the statistician.
Assist in the selling of UBC Data Management Services
Coordinate tasks of the Data Management staff as it pertains to assigned projects
Create and maintain the Data Management Plan and all other core documents for assigned projects
Design or assist in designing databases to meet study needs
Provide input into Edit Specifications
Coordinate development and validation of study database
Review and provide input to ensure DCTs meet data needs prior to going into production
Provide any interim and final reports as required by the sponsor
Serve as the central person for all report requests
Provide needed status reports to sponsor and/or UBC team
Answer questions on DCTs, protocol, query resolution process on an ongoing basis
Primary UBC contact with any laboratories or third party service providers involved
Responsible for all support operation specialists' duties should the need arise
Primary contact with Laboratories
Responsible for all coding
Other duties as assigned by management

QUALIFICATIONS
College graduate or equivalency in clinical data experience
At least 5 years clinical data management experience
Experienced in all stages of a clinical trial within Data Management
Good written and verbal communication skills
Good interpersonal skills
