Overview
The goal of our Transaction Advisory Services Practice is to develop a deep understanding of our clients needs to provide exceptional M&A advisory, accounting, and financial due diligence services.
Responsibilities
Supervise technical aspects of pre- and post-closing M&A engagements
Execute financial due diligence for financial buyers/investors (private equity and venture capital) as well as corporate strategic buyers from a variety of industries.
Write clear and concise reports that cover all financial information relevant to the transaction including; Risks such as concentration of revenue & supplier concentration, normalization adjustments, and accounting methodology.
Qualifications
CPA or CFA certification a plus.

years of experience with at least 2 years in M&A advisory
Excellent writing skillsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
