Position Description: The Senior Software Developer (SSD) main responsibilities are centered in the areas of systems and application architecture, software design and software development. The SSD will be highly participatory in designing and improving the processes around the daily development process. The SSD will also provide technical and process leadership to the software engineers in the group.
Requirements:
o Requires a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field o At least 5 years of progressive experience in designing, developing and supporting medium to large scale software applications. Two or more years of IT experience in the Pharmaceutical or CRO setting is preferred. Experience should also include substantial exposure to in-house and shared or outsourced systems, and integrated information and communication systems o In depth knowledge and hands-on experience with all phases of an SDLC.
o Ability to quickly understand and convert business requirements into functional specifications.
o Excellent application documentation skills.
o Structured Programming skills.
o Extensive working knowledge with Microsoft Studio.Net. Languages should include C# and ASP.Net.
o Extensive working knowledge with Relational Database Management Systems, primarily Microsoft SQL Server.
o Working knowledge with team development software.
o Working knowledge of Microsoft Sharepoint Portal.
Specific Job Duties:
Architecture Design and Implementation
o Responsible for designing, coding, documenting and testing software applications to meet both local business unit and UBC-wide integration requirements.
- Software Development and IntegrationEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
