YOUR DAY AS A DOGGY DAYCARE SHIFT LEADER This position can be either full- or part-time, with the typical schedule being four or five days per week, including one weekend shift and either three or four weekday shifts.
Shifts can be anywhere between five to eight or nine hours.

You'll be managing playgroups, assigning tasks, and ensuring the highest standards of care.
Greeting parents, checking dogs in and out, and keeping them informed about their pets' behavior will be part of your daily routine.
You take pride in delivering exceptional animal care, and your managerial experience will make you a key player in our success story! QUALIFICATIONS FOR A DOGGY DAYCARE SHIFT LEADER 2
years of supervisory or managerial experience Excellent computer skills (proficiency in Google Drive, Word, and Excel) Ability to perform the physical requirements for the job, including standing for long periods of time and handling large animals Ability to lead, plan, delegate, communicate, and follow up with multiple team members during a shift Willingness to lead by example and always follow Cubby's cores and values and make sure team members are as well Willingness to build and foster relationships with dogs and their owners while giving honest feedback and recommendations based on our services Willingness to take on other duties as assigned, including cleaning Availability to work either a Saturday or Sunday shift and some holidays TAKE THE LEAP!
