MAKE A DIFFERENCE AS A DOGGIE DAYCARE TEAM LEAD As a Doggie Daycare Team Lead, you play a crucial role in providing exceptional animal care by managing dogs in playgroups and coordinating the efforts of your team.
Each day, you take charge of assigning tasks, ensuring that they are completed to the highest standards.
You coach team members on dog behavior and manage playgroups.
Additionally, you greet parents when they arrive with their pets, checking the dogs in and out and keeping parents informed about their dogs' behavior.
You take pride in providing the most amazing animal care around! REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS DOGGIE DAYCARE TEAM LEAD JOB No animal care experience? No problem! We're looking for a natural-born leader with supervisory or managerial experience in any industry who can meet the following requirements:

years of supervisory or managerial experience Excellent computer skills (proficiency in Google Drive, Word, and Excel) Ability to perform the physical requirements for the job, including standing for long periods of time and handling large animals Ability to lead, plan, delegate, communicate, and follow up with multiple team members during a shift Willingness to lead by example and always follow Cubby's cores and values and make sure team members are as well Willingness to build and foster relationships with dogs and their owners while giving honest feedback and recommendations based on our services Willingness to take on other duties as assigned, including cleaning Availability to work either a Saturday or Sunday shift and some holidays YOUR SCHEDULE AS A DOGGIE DAYCARE TEAM LEAD This animal care position can be either full- or part-time.
The typical schedule is four or five days per week, including one weekend shift and either three or four weekday shifts.
Shifts can be anywhere between five to eight or nine hours.
