Business Analyst - REMOTE
Our Healthcare Insurance client is looking to hire a Business Analyst for a 1 year renewing contract.
This will be 100% remote work from home.
This Business Analyst will be joining the National Accounts and Middle Markets Customizations team and will be working on Plan Sponsor customizations for the member portal.
You will be responsible for adding customizations to the member portal using a Content Management System.
This includes banners, links, secure messaging and 3rd party vendor customizations.
You will be responsible for documentation, research, analysis and requirements gathering.
Strong background in CMS (Content Management Systems) such as AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) or Contentful.
You will be responsible for testing your own work, regression testing and production support.
Strong Excel skills using formulas, worksheets and manipulating data is important.
Minimum Requirements Adding custom links, banners & content to member facing applications for Plan Sponsors (Web & Native).
Ability to configure & test customizations in multiple systems and understand how they all work together.
Content Management System authoring experience (we are using Contentful, AEM & homegrown system) (experience in these tools is not required).
Support daily regression testing of customizations using excel.
Excel experience is required (formulasvlookup, sumif, countif,& pivot tables) Production support and troubleshooting using browser developer tools (experience not required).
Create mock-ups for sales meetings and existing clients.
Create & maintain documentation for existing processes and any new enhancement requests.
